IntVeen operates a state-of-the-art depot in the Port of Rotterdam, specialising in cleaning and heating tank containers and trailers. With our extensive expertise and skilled staff, we can efficiently clean a wide range of product groups. Across our 6 chemical lanes and 7 food lanes, we clean an average of 4,500 tank containers per month.
Fast throughput rate
With our efficient cleaning processes and daily quality checks ensure consistent high standards and a fast throughput rate. At IntVeen Tank Cleaning Europoort, we focus on providing personalised solutions and a seamless experience for our customers.
In addition to our cleaners, there is also a specialised team that is ready to heat tank containers as desired using steam, electricity or hot water. We also offer additional services, including purging tank containers with nitrogen or carbon dioxide, cleaning aromatic substances, polymers and latex, and transferring products.
Our flexible operating hours, from Monday to Friday, 05:30 to 22:30, and Saturday, 07:00 to 13:00, enable us to accommodate your planning needs. Please note that the opening hours may vary on public holidays.
Smart and sustainable
At IntVeen, we strive to make our processes as sustainable as possible. Examples of this include collecting residual products and ensuring their responsible disposal through certified waste processors. The cleaning water is purified chemically and biologically in our own wastewater treatment facility. In addition, we are able to reuse residual heat from the wastewater using heat exchangers.
