Advanced Estimate Areas
Safe and Accessible
The new canopy is equipped with state-of-the-art fall protection systems, walkways, and fixed staircases. Employees can securely connect themselves to the fall protection from the walkways. A dedicated platform allows easy and safe access to tank containers. With these new facilities, IntVeen aims to minimize risks and provide employees with a safe workspace.
Increased Capacity
In addition to enhancing safety, the new canopy also increases capacity. The new setup accommodates six rows, each holding nine tank containers (up from seven previously). This creates space for twelve additional tank containers. By increasing capacity, fewer tank container transport movements are required during the day. The far-right row features extra space around the tank containers, enabling repairs on swap-body tank containers. On the left side of the canopy, chassis with containers can be placed and accessed from the walkway.
Weather-Resistant Construction
To minimize the impact of rain and wind, the rear and right sides of the canopy are enclosed with cladding. Additionally, the canopy is fitted with LED lighting, ensuring a safe and well-lit workspace even during dark winter days.
With these advancements, IntVeen takes a significant step toward improving safety and efficiency within the company. We are addressing the growing challenges posed by increasingly extreme weather conditions and rising capacity demands. IntVeen remains committed to providing a safe and productive work environment for all our employees.
