Acceptance (Europoort)

Are you customer-friendly and stress-resistant? Do you speak Dutch and English and are you available full-time? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! We're looking for an acceptance for our Europoort location.

Where will you work?

IntVeen is a close-knit family business where quality is of paramount importance. Our company is characterised by an informal culture, short communication lines, dedication to our employees and customers, and the cleanliness of our fleet and site.

Together, we take care of everything for our customers by offering comprehensive solutions in tank transport and tank container services. We approach this with innovation, flexibility and a hands-on mentality.

What will you do as an acceptance?

As an acceptance, you are the contact point for all drivers who come to IntVeen for cleaning, repair, and/or storage. Drivers can check-in at the digital acceptance upon arrival. You then check the information related to the intake and release of tank containers and verify the details of the last load. Of course drivers can also come to you with any questions.

You also ensure that the internal departments cleaning, repair and storage have all the necessary information to execute the orders. This involves creating orders and entering the customer and order details. For additional work, you inform the customer about potential extra costs. You also carry out various checks of all administrative processes.

As an acceptance you work in a two-shift system, alternating weekly between 05:30–14:00 and 14:00–22:30. Once every four weeks, you will work on a Saturday.
